The short version

This website collects only what you choose to send through the quote form. That information is used to reply to you and to prepare a quote. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

What gets collected

When you submit the quote form, Evermind Web Design receives the name, business name, email address, and message you enter, plus your phone number and current website if you choose to provide them. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

How it is used

Your submission is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and prepare a quote. If you become a client, the same contact details are used to communicate about your website. You will not be added to a marketing list without asking for it.

How long it is kept

Quote requests are kept while a conversation is ongoing and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@evermindwebdesign.com.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.

Service providers

This site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may record standard server logs such as IP addresses and request times for security and reliability purposes. Any provider used to deliver form submissions by email processes that data solely to deliver the message.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13, and Evermind Web Design does not knowingly collect information from them.
